Jenna is a registered Psychologist who has a passion for supporting young people to reach their potential. Jenna takes a strengths-based approach and is flexible in her delivery of therapy so as to best suit her clients needs; she utilises evidence-based therapies to do so. Jenna has previously worked within not-for- profit and school systems supporting young people (and their families) and adults who are experiencing difficulties across a broad range of areas. Jenna has experience in providing intervention to those that have experienced childhood trauma, learning difficulties, developmental difficulties/delays, social difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and mental health and personality problems. Jenna has also worked in delivering training and workshops in the wider community.

Who has had the biggest impact on your life to date?
My close friends and family. They’ve supported me through all of life’s adventures.

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t at work?
Playing netball, walking my dog, going to the beach, reading, spending time with friends, and planning for holidays.

What motivates you to work with young people?
Seeing the incredible changes they are able to make and how open they are to getting things on-track.
